Randy Kleiber, Owner of Atlantic Weatherproof Systems. He started in the roofing industry at the age of 18. He moved to Hampton Roads in 1997 and continued working in the industry. He has learned new trades over the past 32 years. With his leadership, this Class A Construction company provides custom work on all home improvement projects, including Roofing, Decks, Home Additions, and more.

Crystal Kleiber is the Office Manager and has been working with Atlantic Weatherproof Systems since its beginning in 2014. She has resided in Hampton her entire life and has deep ties to the community. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master's in Public Administration, both from Old Dominion University.
